Take Pines exit off I-90 and drive south

Myohealth is on the east side of Pines across from Holiday gas station

Park on the north side of the building

Stairs are on the west side of the building

The clinic is at the bottom of the stairs

Waiting room is to the right (bathroom is just beyond it to the right)
