Check with your massage practitioner before performing any of these stretches and follow these guidelines:

Never stretch beyond your comfort level

Breath into the stretch and when the muscle is completely relaxed sink further into the stretch within your comfort level

Hold the stretch for 30 seconds and repeat 3 times or hold for a full 3 - 5 minutes

Do the stretches 1 - 3 times per day (morning and night after hot bath or shower is best)
